At the heart of our work is a deep respect for the material. We salvage a wide range of wood species, often working with large, character-rich slabs milled for dining tables and custom furniture pieces. Each slab is carefully selected for its grain, movement, and natural beauty.

During the building process, offcuts are created, sections trimmed away as we refine proportions and bring a piece into balance. Rather than allowing this exceptional material to go to waste, we thoughtfully reclaim it. Many of these cutoffs carry the same stunning grain patterns and live-edge character as the larger slabs, making them perfect for new purposes.

Our floating mirror frames are crafted from these reclaimed sections, transforming what would otherwise be excess into striking, functional art. Each frame preserves the organic lines, texture, and story of the original slab, creating a piece that feels both intentional and one-of-a-kind. The result is a mirror that doesn’t just reflect a room — it anchors it with warmth, craftsmanship, and sustainable design.
