PLACING AN ORDER
Order payment options include:
check transaction | Pay your invoice with no associated fees by mailing the check to the address found on the invoice. Upon receipt, we will send you a receipt for the specified amount.
bank transfer transaction | This option allows you to place the order online via bank transfer. Note that our accounting software charges a 1% transaction fee. We will send a PDF invoice with a 'Pay Securely Online' button that will redirect you to Wave Accounting to complete the order.
credit card transaction | This option allows you to place the order online using a credit card. Wave Accounting charges a 3% transaction fee for this method. A PDF invoice with a 'Pay Securely Online' button will be provided for you to complete the transaction via Wave Accounting.
LEAD TIMES
Please review our current custom order availability outlined below and let us know if your project has any specific timeframe requirements so we can determine if they align with our schedule (rush order rates may apply if overtime is available in our schedule). Rush order details are also included below; however, please understand that we cannot always accommodate t ‘Pay Securely Online' button to proceed to Wave Accounting and place your order.
A: GENERAL ESTIMATED LEAD TIMES: The generally estimated timelines can range from a start date of approximately 8-16 weeks to as late as about 18-24 weeks (from the date a deposit is placed). These timelines are highly dependent on the time of year and the date the order is placed (based on the deposit date received). The current average lead time is about 14 weeks for our next available custom order reservation. Build times can range from 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. We continually strive to enhance our efficiency without compromising the quality of craftsmanship, so your patience is greatly appreciated as we create your custom piece!
Our lead times often can have about an 8-week variance sooner than or after an “estimated” project timeframe. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience and timeframe uncertainties and assure everyone that we are always doing our best to complete projects as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Due to high order volume, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates at the time of inquiry. However, we will provide periodic updates after an order is placed. Currently, we cannot assure pre-Thanksgiving or holiday deliveries. If you have a firm delivery date, we recommend against placing an order. You may inquire about rare rush order availability for guaranteed timeframes.
B: RUSH ORDERS: On very rare occasion, and depending on our existing order queue, we can squeeze in rush orders with extended hours, so please be sure when reaching out to us to state a deadline preference if there is an event or occasion that you absolutely need your order delivered by and we can assess if we can accommodate it in our schedule. Rush orders require that we add overtime hours to our schedule and thus fees will apply. Rush orders must be paid up-front/in full.
15% fee added to total project cost for orders over $7500 for completion within an estimated 8-10 week timeframe
20% fee added to total project cost for orders up to $5000 for completion within an estimated 8-10 week timeframe
25% fee added to total project cost for orders up to $3500 for completion within an estimated 8-10 week timeframe
30% fee added to total project cost for orders under $1500 for completion within an estimated 8-10 week timeframe
Percentages noted above apply to the cost of the item only (tax/shipping not included).
Some timelines can be accommodated sooner than others depending on the scale of the project, complexity of design, etc.
Rush order timelines do not include shipping/transit times which may add another 3-14+ business days depending on the shipping service level chosen and the time of year that the item is shipped (depending on shipper volumes and transit times), or delivery availability of you are located within our local delivery area.
PLEASE NOTE - We are a very small company, with a production team of only 2 in our workshop, and as such we are limited in the number of pieces we can produce in a given timeframe to ensure the utmost quality of our products. With that, our lead times can be lengthy and unpredictable depending on the number of projects we have booked out in our queue.

INQUIRY RESPONSE TIME
We aim to promptly address your questions and custom order inquiries, usually within 24 hours. However, please understand that it may take several days to receive a response during busier times, such as 6-8 weeks before major holidays. During fall and leading up to Thanksgiving, as well as during the holiday season through the New Year, longer response times should be anticipated due to higher order and inquiry volumes.
