This service is ideal for clients who are considering working with us but want to refine their idea and see it brought to life first.

What This Service Includes:

  • Custom 3D renderings (SketchUp)

  • Layout/shop drawings for visualization and planning

  • One initial concept + one revision

  • Additional revisions available as needed

HOW IT WORKS

  • Submit your idea, which can include a description of your vision, rough sketches, inspiration images, or reference materials

  • Receive a generalized project quote

  • We create a detailed 3D rendering based on your concept

  • You review and request revisions (if needed)

  • Final design is delivered

  • If you proceed with fabrication, your design fee is waived and applied toward your project deposit

Projects Under $1500±

  • Preliminary rendering + 1 revision: starting at $150

  • Additional revisions: $25 each

  • If you proceed with fabrication, your design fee is applied toward your project deposit

Projects Under $3,500±

  • Preliminary rendering + 1 revision: starting at $195

  • Additional revisions: $25 each

  • If you proceed with fabrication, your design fee is applied toward your project deposit

Projects Under $5,000±

  • Preliminary rendering + 1 revision: starting at $250

  • Additional revisions: $35 each

  • If you proceed with fabrication, your design fee is applied toward your project deposit

Projects Under $10,000±

These projects often involve higher-end residential or commercial work, premium materials, or increased design complexity.

  • Preliminary rendering + 1 revision: starting at $295

  • Additional revisions: $35 each

  • If you proceed with fabrication, your design fee is applied toward your project deposit

Projects Over $10,000±

Typically includes multi-piece builds, commercial projects (restaurants, hotels), specialty fabrication, or full casework installations.

  • Preliminary rendering + 1 revision: starting at $350

  • Additional revisions: $50 each

  • If you proceed with fabrication, your design fee is applied toward your project deposit

Important Notes

  • This service is for customer-provided concepts only. We do not offer standalone design services for our in-house designs, and rather, we provide that service complementary when an order is placed.

  • The design fee is non-refundable, however, if you move forward with us for fabrication, your design fee will be credited toward your project deposit.

  • If you choose not to proceed, the design work remains a paid standalone service.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on complexity, materials, and scope.
