DESIGN DESCRIPTION
Inspired by our ‘Off The Wall’ wall-unit, an original collaboration with Ryan Group Architects located in Truckee CA, this scaled-down cabinet offers the same architectural clarity in a more compact form. Petite in size yet versatile in function, it works beautifully as a sideboard for dishes, serveware, kitchen overflow, or accommodating bar supplies, while also fitting comfortably in an office, bedroom, or living space.
The design explores a minimalist integration of thin plate steel and wood, balancing warmth and structure. A bold contrast between satin-black powder-coated steel and flat-sawn white oak creates a striking visual presence while maintaining a clean, restrained profile.
Thoughtfully designed for everyday use, the cabinet features soft-closure doors and drawers, adjustable interior shelving, and open compartments that provide space to display books, objects, or other treasured pieces. The combination of concealed storage and open shelving makes it both practical and visually engaging.
Minimal in form, versatile in purpose, and crafted to last.
