SUMMARY
The Macchiato Coffee Table is formed from a single sheet of hot rolled pickled and oiled steel, brake-formed into a clean, continuous shape that highlights the strength and simplicity of the material.
Unlike traditional hot rolled steel, pickled and oiled steel has its mill scale removed, creating a clean surface that allows our patina finish to properly adhere. The patina solution is sprayed on in layers, which develops rich variations in color and texture, giving every piece a unique appearance. Once the desired finish is achieved, the steel is rinsed and sealed with a durable clear powder coat for long-lasting protection.
With its simple form and warm, weathered finish, the Macchiato pairs crisp folded lines with the depth and variation of a one-of-a-kind patina.
