EXTENDABLE TABLE OPTIONS

We offer several table designs that adapt to smaller living spaces by incorporating leaves that expand to a larger function to add seating when the occasion calls for it. Console tables that expand to dining tables, dining tables that extend for additional seating, and the convenience of adjustable leveling feet on the bottoms of all of our table bases. These convertible table designs maintain cutting edge style with simple and quick adjustability.

The following designs are just a few examples of tables that can be made to be expandable.

1. REMOVABLE END LEAF ON A TABLE WITH INSET LEGS OR PEDESTAL BASE

End leaves add leg room at both ends and create additional seating for the sides of the table at each side end when the occasion calls for more seating.

2. REMOVABLE END LEAF ON PARSONS BASE

Need extra leg room at the head and foot of your table? Adding 12” leaves allows personal leg room for those seated at the ends of the tables. These leaves can be very practical especially on narrower dining tables where leg room would typically have to be shared between those in the ends and those on the sides furthest away from the center.

3. DROP LEAF ON A TRESTLE BASE

This console table expands to a dining table or desk by lifting the leaves that lock in place automatically once level. The design is a great option for people who live in smaller homes such as apartments or condos where many spaces serve multiple uses. When not in use, the table can be pushed up against a wall and be a place to set your keys, mail or other misc. things. And when used for dining, the table can be pulled away from the wall and expanded to accommodate your tableware and seat all of your guests.
